Best complement for my foam roller
This massage ball is a beast. It massages the spots my foam roller cannot. It is really easy to use and it's comfortable. I use it for regular massages too when my muscles are stiff.

Excellent! Using it Frozen has been a game changer!!
Excellent relief for my injured neck and back from a car accident. I now have bulging herniations in both my neck and lower back the frozen therapy is the best! BEWARE OF FALSE ADVERTISING
So I just received this item. The box clearly states that it is only for cold therapy. The description of this item says hot and cold. The chart they show is not actually part of this box or packaging. I was only able to submit one photo but I now see that another customer posted the other side of the box which says: DO NOT HEAT.

I needed a high quality massage roller, unfortunately this was not it.
While the metal ball of this massager is very sturdy, this product still came up short in a number of ways.1. The Plastic housing around the ball is extremely weak, and I felt that it was going to break during use.2. There is no bottom to the plastic housing which made using it very uncomfortable on your hand.3. The product title says that it's a hot cold roller ball, yet on the packaging in big bold letters says "DO NOT HEAT."4. The massage ball is far smaller than it's competitors.I really wanted to love this product, but I'm going to be returning it.

I suffer from chronic lower back pain because of my time playing sports in college and injuries during my time in the military. I usually have to get heated stone treatments, electrical stimulation and other solutions for my ailment. But this roller turn my inexperienced hands into pain reliving messiahs. I heat the ball up first and then roll it in trouble spots and the results are expedient. My backs back to its best self and I’ve saved tons on not having to do my previous therapies. And its been a healthy substitute for pain meds, it works in small and large hands. Its just the best.
