When I bought this product last year I felt a bit indulgent. Very quickly, that feeling went away! I have two mid-life cats and drinking enough water is very important to their heath. They don't really like drinking out of their regular water bowl. :( Once I got this fountain, they started drinking a lot more! When my fountain stop working, my little boy cat sat where it used to be- as if he was mourning it!After 9 months use, my pump stopped working. iPetite customer service was great! It comes with a one year warranty on the pump and they honored it. Within one week I had a new pump at my door.Cleaning the fountain is very important to your cats health as well as the life of the product. I spend 10 minutes every week doing a basic cleaning. If you do that, including getting in the crevices of the pump, the fountain will last longer and your cats will have wholesome water.I would buy again!

Several of my cats love drinking out of the faucet. Thought they’d enjoy this. They do drink from it but still want to drink from the faucet. I still have water bowls on the floor too as I’ve nit seen evey cat use this.

I like the 'fountain'. I think it's a great way to keep the cat's water fresh. They've been a little reluctant to use even though they like drinking from the bathroom faucet.

this was nice and cute, and relatively quiet. my scaredy-cat cats were too freaked out by it though

What a joke of a product. The motor stopped running 60 days after it was delivered, rendering it useless. We used filtered water only and cleaned it often. DO NOT BUY.

My small 5lb Yorkie drinks double the water when she has a fountain. This one is quiet, no crazy splashing and super easy to clean. Now that they come in various colors we will order a 2nd one, toss one in the dishwasher and rotate them weekly. They stay clean and fresh and the price in great!! No expensive bowls or hardware to worry about breaking. Would love to see a smaller portable unit in the line-up, perhaps even with battery or USB to set up anywhere while traveling.

Bella (teacup chihuahua) loves it. No problem drinking from it at all. So quiet you don't know its on. Extremely easy to assemble. Highly recommend it for small dogs and cats.

Cute little fountain. Easy to use and clean. I use distilled water in it. My kitty loves it.
