Bluetooth seems to lose connection periodically when I switch sources and have to pair every time it does that. (Problem #1)My biggest issue is I’ve messed with focus, 4 point calibration, and other means of adjusting the image but it just will not get clear and sharp for the entire image. Either the top left is blurry and the rest is sharp or the bottom left is blurry and the rest is sharp, so on…..So many adjustments but just can’t get it. (Major problem)Not good!How do you contact support?

This chipset is definitely good for people on a budget. I returned my set though, because the aluminum case it came in got damaged, and the overall quality of the case is terribly cheap and flimsy. These chips also do not make the nice sound of good quality chips, but rather sound like cheap plastic, which they are.In conclusion, if you are looking for quality this is not the set to buy, however for beginners and casual players it's good enough.

Loved this set! Very nice chips and the case is very nice. Needless to say, my boyfriend loved it!

I didn't feel comfortable constantly touching these chips with such strong chemical odor. Not sure if it was a fluke, but I'm not ordering another one. The seller insisted it's normal and should wear off in time, but I didn't want to take a chance.I've held similar chip sets before, and this one by far is the heaviest. Maybe that works for some, but not for me. I've changed my rating from 1 to 2 stars since the seller processed my return fast, but my opinion still stands about the product and would like to give a heads up for those who wants to give it a go. Just make sure to double check the return policy, in case it changes by the time your order is placed.
