These supplements do help with your joints. It took about a week to feel the results but once I did I felt great. They are easy to swallow and would recommend.

My husband and I have used this brand of Glucosamin|Chondroitin for years. No problems with allergies, or other problems. This product is an excellent product. I would recommend it to anyone. It is, however, a very large pill if you have problems swallowing, juice or milk may make it easier to swallow.

I have used this project for several years because I believe it keeps my joints and cartilage healthy. I am 80 years old and can do what I want to do without being bothered by joint pains. I am not really a good pill taker so the size of the pills have always caused a small problem but the results makes swallowing them important for me to do. I cannot imagine ever not taking these pills. I enjoy the size of the bottle because with 280 pills I do not have to keep buying replacements.

Seem to be working knee joints not as sore.
