I've been taking this biotin gummy for a little over a month. First of all, they taste really good. Like strawberry candy. Makes taking biotin something I look forward to every day. Second, I've noticed a small improvement in my hair since starting to take it. My hair seems less fly away and out of control. I'm not sure yet if it's helping my nails, but I'm hoping it will in time. I can definitely recommend these biotin gummies!

This review is based on my first impression having only taken for 2 days. Product arrived right on time and bottle is easy to read. Directions are to take 2 daily and that will be very easy to do as they taste good and are easy to chew. Will update review after I’ve completed bottle to let you know if I’ve noticed any changes/improvements.

I have only been using the product for about 2 weeks now but have already noticed my nails have become less brittle and aren't chipping and my hair is fuller. Time will tell.

Taste great and after about a month I am seeing my hair and nails growing faster. It will be a little time before I know if they help strengthen my nails but so far I am very pleased.

These chews taste wonderful. My nails and hair are growing like crazy. If you get these don't expect growth immediately you need to continously take every day and you should see changes in 3-6month area.

Tastes great, seems to work well too. My eyelashes are coming back on the other side of my eyes. My hair seems thicker too!
