Arnica oil
So far it seems to be effective. Arnica works for alot of things. I use on my knees. It seems to be helpful. Other arnica products seem weak so I make my own. Only problem is it comes from China. Would prefer it from US since it grows here as a weed. Hard to find product.

Inaccurate description
I received this today. I thought I was ordering 100% arnica oil. This says sesame oil, arnica oil. Exactly what is this? Can it be used right out of the bottle on the skin, or must it be mixed with a carrier oil?
