If it dies, it might be the fuse on the underside
Worked great for me while it was still alive. I never left it on for more than 2 or 3 hours at a time, then went to use it today and it's dead.... Does this even have a warranty?Update: I decided to look at the underside of the warmer and there is a fuse compartment. Just use a small screwdriver to open it and take it with you to a hardware store. For $2.09 + tax and I fixed it! 2amp 250v fuse, but make sure you get the correct length!

Owned this cabi for about a month now and so far it’s working great. It is big enough to hold about 10 hand towels, rice bag and a few hot stones at the same time. Heats up pretty quickly (I always give it about 30 min before my first client and use hot water to wet the towels) and keeps the towels and stones nice and hot for hours!

Used approximately 4 times and quit working. I’ve tried contacting the seller, no response back.

Luke warm at best :(
Even after 60 minutes with only 2 hot towels and 1 neck wrap in it, my items barely warmed more than room temperature. I bought this based on other reviews that stated it worked fast and got hot- neither of which have been true for me. This is a total waste of money and jeopardizes my small business that depends on heated elements. Contacted manufacturer, no response so far. :(

Heats Up Fast
After reading many of the reviews i took the leap and purchased this towel warmer. As lots of the reviewers commented it does get the towels really HOT! However, I'd take hot towels over lukewarm towels any day. I have had this warmer for 3 months now and I love it!

Too hot, there is no temp control, and it evaporates all water and towels turn yellow. Water leaked everywhere.

Works great
You wet facecloths, wring them, fold in half and roll, and put them in. After about 20-30 minutes, they're piping hot and steaming. Leave them in all day and they'll dry out.I could fit something like 16 facecloths in here if I packed them tight, which is way more than I would ever need in one go.

Too Be Determined if they stand behind their product
I’m rewriting my review! After after using this product for nine months the cabinet has cracked. I called the company from which it was purchased Thiet response was the door was slammed too hard. I had one before this one no problem. We will see what happens when I contact theMfg
