I have this a couple times every month. The way I prepare it is to out it in a skillet with a little oil, a pile of saurkraut and lots of hot sauce, let it braise in the liquid until it starts to brown.

Nice and tasty sausage! I like it not much salty, so that I can share with my child. However, the flavor is mild as Polska kielbasa I would say. You probably need to season it a bit or cook it with a flavor punch. Great choice for breakfast, super easy to serve.

So far I eat a variety of Kielbasa Brands. But so far Hillshire comes in with the Gold Pennant. Has a nice flavor that satisfies a quick Breakfast of scrambled eggs and kielbasa. Lunch - lightly grill a few slices and make a garden salad with all the colorful fixings which include: carrots strips, pink lady apples chopped up, craisins, almonds, walnuts, and sunflower seeds. I replace salad dressings with strips of sharp cheese. Yum! Yum! Quick dinner dish consists of stir fry green and red cabbage strips, yellow or red onions, and one garlic clove chopped. Pinch of Himalayan salt. Black pepper and fresh cilantro. (Optional: Dorot Gardens brand has 16 frozen cubes chopped in a capsule pack. Just popped out two cubes. Stir fry in a small amount of olive oil. Add slices of kielbasa. Make you want to slap your Mama! lol. Bon Appetit.
