Q: How quickly must the black truffle sauce be used after the jar is opened?

It says consume within 7 days after opening but I have refrigerated a jar for nearly a month with no degradation in flavor. If I know I am not using it all within a couple weeks. I will freeze the sauce, and have had no issues with it changing the product. Either way, it’s still just as good as when I first opened it.

Hi Karen, the ingredients are listed below. It looks like Amazon to our ingredients list down, and we are working to get it back up asap. Ingredients: Mushrooms, sunflower seed oil, summer Truffle (5%) (Tuber aestivum Vit.), black olives, Porcini mushrooms (Boletus edulis and rel. group), salt, sugar, pepper, cuttlefish ink, artificial flavors, natural flavors. Contains: fish.
