Compact, plutôt léger, bon prix. Et surtout efficace, ça maintient les seringues à une température de 2 degrés pendant plus de 24h, on atteint 6 degrés au bout de 48h. Attention à bien laisser la cartouche de gel se réchauffer pendant 15mn après la sortie du congélateur, avant de l'insérer dans la bouteille isotherme, sinon la température descend sous 0°. Je recommande !

Excellent, i used it for GPL 1 meds, u can fit 3 pens in with a bit of a fiddle. I traveled from UK to Australia with a stop off in China for a wk. With a refreeze in china my meds made it safe n sound. I found if left unopened it will actually stay below 10 degrees for 36 hours.

Finally a product that works!! Kept my daughter’s insulin at 4C while we traveled to Portugal in heat for the promised 16h! I had almost identical product last year that failed miserably in a few hours temperature started to rise in the container. Very happy with this.
