Haven’t noticed a big difference so far.

I've tried several Berberine supplements, this one seems to be the best; added energy while curbing appetite.

Not sure I noticed any difference and it made no difference on my blood work.

This is my third time purchasing this product. I liked it a lot because it also contains Turmeric. The one with the black lid is the one I just got. The old one was Turmeric colored. Berberine itself is also yellow. So why are my new capsules completely white? Also, beware, you can’t return these. I’m throwing them away. I’ll never order from this brand again.

First of all, we love this brand. I use so many of their supplements daily and the quality is amazing. Since we started this, we both feel a noticeable difference! My husband especially has noticed a big difference in the way he feels. Highly recommend
