Beginner Qi Gong for Energy and Vitality with Lee Holden Qigong Dvd (YMAA) 2025 - Perfect for seniors and beginners

Started with his 30 Day Challenge DVD. Now 4 other women have joined me in my living room doing Qigong for Energy and Vitality. We all love Lee Holden's teaching style. This is beautifully presented. Easy to follow. We started with 20 min session. Now, by unanimous demand, doing the longer session. Try it. Do it with some consistency. You will feel great.

The scenery is gorgeous and the instructor, Lee Holden, is very knowledgeable in Qigong and has a great teaching style. A wonderful bonus is being able to do a short version (~18 minutes) for a quick pick me up if you don’t have time for the full length session (~50 minutes). I always feel refreshed and peaceful after doing Qigong.

I am a longtime practitioner of qigong, and like to have a variety of workouts on hand to choose from. This one does indeed get your energy level up and makes you feel very alive.

Holden Qigong is amazing! I have only started using this and feel a big difference. Today was the first day of watching this DVD..(delivered yesterday) and I was amazed at how much sweat I was covered in after the session. I felt wake, focused, centered. Qigong works.

I love this DVD, and I love Lee Holden. His DVDs have brought improved health to my life. Physical, mental, and emotional.

THIS IS ONE OF THE BEST DVDS FOR SOMEONE WHO IS AGLE YET KNOWS LITTLE OR NOTHING ABOUT QI GONG.

I loved it. Just what I needed. Yosemite looks amazing, in the background. Something that I think is really important is doing what Lee is demonstrating at one's speed.

I really enjoy Lee's dvds, this background is ok, he's had better. These workouts are easy to do and you feel great afterwards, I really felt the energy serge with these workouts.

Love Qi Gong but when I order a new one I don’t expect to receive one that has been used. It’s covered in finger prints and its scratched .
