Fits to cover cargo area, may not fit in storage area
I purchased this cargo shade for my 2019 Chevy Equinox. I returned this item because of the gap in between the shade and the back seat and because it wouldn't fit in the designated storage area under the cargo floor. After I returned the item, I purchased the OEM Chevy cargo shade from the dealership (almost twice the price) and found it has the exact same gap. However, the Chevy cargo shade came with instructions that explained you needed to compress the ends of the shade until they locked into place. Once they are compressed and locked into place, the shade will fit in the storage area. The Cumart shade did not come with instructions, so I do not know if it would have allowed me to compress the ends and lock them in place, which would have probably enabled the shade to fit in the designated storage area. I wish it had come with instructions so I would have known. If it would have worked, it would have saved me about a hundred bucks. Other than those issues, this is a nice shade, it fits in the slots to cover the cargo area (other than the gap), and is sturdy/well-made. I included a picture of my OEM instructions for those of you that want to give it a try.

It’s great- except for one model specific issue
I purchased the one designed for a 2019 Equinox. I can say is it fits perfectly. It appears well made. Only time will tell with regards to durability. The only downside I’ve discovered: the factory cargo cover is designed to be stowed under the floor in a a specially designed storage slot below the cargo floor. This product cannot take advantage of that feature because the spring loaded ends aren’t designed to contract far enough. It’s a bit of a bummer, and something I wish they took into account or at least mentioned won’t work. It’s a well thought out convenience by Chevrolet to be able to stow the cover- so it’s possible I may be returning it. However if you don’t care about that feature, this product will be fine for you.

For hiding the junk and my trunk!
I was a bit skeptical of buying this at first because of the price...but THIS PRODUCT does exactly what I need it to do! My rear seats have an "upright" and "recline" position...so when the seats are in the recline position, there is no gap between this device and the seats. And when the retractable ledge is in use, you can't see what's in my trunk at all. #securityIf you have a 2019 Chevy Equinox, YOU NEED THIS!

Super easy to install
I was surprised how nicely this fit my 18 Equinox. The spring-loaded ends made installation a snap. I’ve been wanting one of these forever but didn’t want to pay $$$$. This fit my needs nicely.
