Panasonic TY-CC10W HD Skype Kit for Video Calls on Your Panasonic TV

It is difficult to get excited about this product, although that is probably very unfair. As far as I can gather this is, in fact, a perfectly good camera.I bought this camera for use with my Panasonic Viera TV. The problem is that the Skype implementation on Panasonic's Viera Cast leaves a lot to be desired. It has trouble connecting and constantly loses the video despite the TV being connected by cable to my fast, reliable cable broadband service.If you want to use Skype with video, save your money and stick to a laptop.

Lot of money for an ok camera that sits on the tv and doesn't get much use, i think ill stick with camera phones and tablet cameras to communicate on.

I'm an idiot. I forgot to check the TV (Pana G15) actually had a USB port before I bought this! Had to return it. D'oh!

Works well with Skype on my TV. Skype not as good as on a PC as it is still in Beta.

Having recently bought panasonic HD box required this camera to allow link to skype. Good picture and wide span of room. Would highly recommend this camera.

This device did exatly what it said it would and has enabled me to use Skye in comfort in my living room.
