Q: Hopefully Ceylon cinnamon is used?

Not sure about Ceylon Cinnamon, All I know is I take it twice a day, and my A1C has dropped below "Diabetic" levels along with my other meds. At one point I was like 8.6 and now I'm like 4.8 (I think?) My doctor is impressed with whatever I'm doing, I'm sure these are part of my success.

Q: How big are the capsules?

They're pretty big! I've tried them for 2 weeks now and don't see any difference! Good luck and God Bless!
