The fit is perfect for the base s23.If you purchased a "Amazon renewed" S23, it's unlikely to have the original gorilla glass still on the phone, so I recommend warming up the Rokform case, before attempting to get it on the phone. My S23(base, "renewed")wouldn't fit until I warmed the rugged case with an electric blanket, then it's installed perfectly.I do not recommend forcing the phone into the case right out of the vanilla Amazon renew box. Aftermarket glass is much weaker and will shatter if you push too hard.Warm the case, and put the button side(top and bottom) in the case first. Then both thumbs pushing inward on opposite side of phone.

It is well thought out and super easy to use. I ran a space heater for 4 hours and it took the room for 63 to 72...I charge it at the same time I charge my ev...so it is always charged...

I like the case a lot. The magnet is super strong, maybe a tad too strong lol. It comes with 2 plugs - one that is just plastic and one that has an additional magnet in it. Youre supposed to put the basic plastic one on for normal wireless charging. Only, that doesnt work at all. The wireless chargin information will come up but after a few seconds, it says its paused the charging. If you use the magsafe chargers, it works fine. So there is some slight misinformation on their product page.Im using this on a basic S23 so I cant say whether the Spen functionality works, though i highly doubt it. The magnet is strong enough that if you put the phone face down on a metal surface, you can feel the magnet pulling towards it. Its not enough to hold it though.Overall, i like the case but I do wish the magnets were slightly weaker. I have to use 2 hands to remove it from anything or slide it to an edge and pull it off that way. Rokform needs to remove th3 Wireless Charging compatible from their website. Ive tried it on multiple chargers from different manufacturers and it doesnt work. Only works on magsafe chargers.

Worst case ever, doesn't charge with case on unless you get the charger,

I was worried when I help the S23 that it was too small, but this case adds mass so that it fits just right for two or one handed use. It fits nicely in my pocket, and the magnets are powerful, solidly holding my Magsafe pop socket. It looks cool, and I feel very safe with my phone in it. Easily added the tempered glass screen protector.1 year later: the ring pulled out of the case when I tried to pull of an accessory!Update: They totally honored their 2-year warranty and sent a replacement. This is a very good phone case and a very good company.

We tried this case and returned it because while being very rugged and pricey, it didn't have wireless charging capability. My bad, I didn't know Magsafe and wireless charging were two different things and bought it for my husband. The description online for the product actually doesn't say wireless charging, so they aren't lying to you. It doesn't claim it does, and it doesn't. Turns out wireless charging is a big deal for him. It's magnet is very strong and the case is nice, but no wireless charging was a deal breaker. It is very expensive for not having wireless charging (he said).

I love this case and the strength of the magnet. Also the option to remove the backing and use the "click" attachment. Only wished it came in other colors.

I've used this case off and on since I purchased it in May and it's been amazing. My phone fits in it perfectly and it doesn't interfere with my tempered glass screen protector like some other cases do. The magnets have been strong and it's done a great job protecting my phone from damage. The thing is, a few days ago I took the case off to clean my phone. I noticed my daughter had the magnetic plug in her hand. I was confused because she's 1 and it's pretty solid when you put it into the case. You usually have to use some force to get it out. Well now the magnetic lock just jumps out of it's place in the case to stick to the other magnet embedded in the case. I had to replace it with the nonmagnetic plug just to keep using the case. I really do love this case but for $70 you'd expect the magnet to last longer than 4 months with occasional use.
