I’ve been taking these now for a couple of weeks. Honestly, I’m trying to figure out if it’s just like a placebo effect but I took them before my oncoming cycle. My cycle was way less painful and I mean way less I’m talking I am usually completely 100% bedridden and in significant pain in the entire time This didn’t happen.!!! I noticed that my cycle was way less miserable, which is huge for me because I’m telling you I have life altering cycles that make me incredibly sick. I’m going to continue to take these and see what happens next month. The only complaint I would have is that you have to take them twice a day that’s hard for me to do sometimes because I just plain forget. I would love to be able to take less less often. Otherwise, I’m sitting here going back-and-forth trying to think if it’s these and if it is, I am so grateful because I was able to act like a normal human and not be bedridden.

I get a lot of blooting, bad cramps and irrigular periods. This has so far helped a little in making my cycle a little less painful. I'm not sure if it really works or that I just beielve it does but I am feeling less bloated these days after taking it. I have a more regular schedule going to the bathroom and my peroid came on time for once. You have to take this twice a day so a bottle will only last 2 months.

I’m 35, I have pcos, haven’t had a period in almost 5 years (when I went off birth control). I was curious about this product to see if I would feel any different in my moods, or if it would affect my non existent period. Within the first 3 days I noticed excessive ovulation discharge and ovulation aches I hadn’t routinely had but brushed it off as nothing; and 2 weeks after taking these pills (2 pills per day) I have a full on period. I can’t believe it. I’m not a doctor and not saying this is a cure for anything, but this stuff definitely did something in my body! Plus, I’ve had no side effects so far. I’m entering my 3rd week now of taking them daily.

I honestly feel good with it … the only thing I take separately is omega 3 , and this combination makes me feel awesome! Don’t have too many Facial hair but takes longer to show .
