Good price for a filter that contains active charcoal and extre filter lining..... I will decently buy more in the future.****NOW FOR THOSE BIONAIRE AND THEM HOLMES EGG ION PURIFIERS!!!!Since im a handyman and such, i was sick and tired of this egg product with its "permanent filter" gimmick. I couldnt for the life of me find a replacement for it at all.I saw this filter and thinking it may be compatible with it so i gave it a try. Unfortunately, it is a centimeter bigger than it should be ( i dont blame the filter since its meant for another device) and decided to dissect my egg purifier.Another downside, the plastic on the inside is too hollow to dremel a bigger hole for this filter and has vital points to hold the whole thing together. I had to close it leaving dents on the plastic for opening it.I started to improvise what i could do with this filter because i seriously.... dont want to throw this working purifier away.Here are some steps to make this filter work for your egg and it worked for me flawlessly:Please see images as reference.- grab the original filter and rip the cloth out of it. You want the frame (basically it is going to become an adapter for the new filter).- i suggest have a glue gun because we are sticking both together.Wait until the glue gun is hot enough so you can proceed and have an extra gluestick because it will run out quick and the glue will cool off fast.Center it and push them together and hold for a few seconds for the glue to cool off and seal both pieces (you dont want unfiltered air going in). If you made a mistake, it shouldnt be an issue... Just peel it off and start again.Do the same for the bottom portion too.You can do it with silicon too but will take forever to cure and use, i suggest hot glue.Looks funky but atleast now i can use it and makes a whooole difference now.Enjoy!

These are "clone" filters for the regular OEM filters, but at a lower price point and work just as well as the ones that came with the air filter units. I have three units and I replace these filters on average once every five to six months. I believe this is the third order I placed for these "clones" and I cannot tell any difference at all between them and the originials. I've had a dog in my apartment for over the past 4yrs and I ask guests if the apartment has that "doggie smell", to which they ALL say "No, not at all". My air filters are working fine then!!

This filter it does get the call dirt on the air but it doesn’t get the smaller so you cannot leave it on for almost a year and when you take it off, it will not have much dirt in it

I could wish these filters were more reasonably priced. I'd like to change them more often. It's amazing how much nasty stuff they take from our air. Wood stove and seven cats, and people tell us our home smells lovely.

I purchased this filter for a LEVOIT LV-H132 air purifier which I also happened to purchase from Amazon. This filter is basically indistinguishable from the OEM filter that came in the purifier. It fits securely in the unit with a tight seal between the element and the air purifier inner surface. As far as filter efficiency I do not have a quantitative way to measure that but looking it over I would believe it to be the same. The only thing I will mention that maybe considered less than desirable was the smell I got from the purifier when first ran with this filter installed. It did have a slight plastic / chemical type odor that smelt kind of off for the first 15 minutes or so then dissipated. Not a big deal but just wanted to mention it cause it does go away fairly quickly. Overall I would recommend this element as a very capable and suitable replacement.
