Looks good and doesn’t burn the bohkoor or the Lubna Also the temperature adjustment is perfectly and safe I returned more than 3 because they were not working it over heating

Poor Quality
Very poor quality. The base cracked due to the heat. The return period is 12 days from delivery. The product became defective on the 20th day. So couldn't return it back

Reliable and beautiful design
Strong made and it works with wood. You need to give it some time for it to heat up to right temperature for the wood chips.
