I challenge you to buy a jar of honey from a grocery store shelf and buy the least expensive option of raw, unpasteurized honey to do your own taste test. On top of that try them on different days to see how you feel after consuming real food verses it's processed counterpart. I use this honey as a processed sugar replacement. The texture of food will be different...not saying that real food satisfies everyone as I'm just one person and I'm not a doctor but I'll deal with a texture difference and be happy with it because I don't crave sugar very often anymore nor do I get that sluggish, sick kind of feeling when I do eat the honey.

Very nice, econonimcally priced honey. Its not raw which is why it cost so much less than raw products of comparable size but if that's not important to you then you'll be very happy with this purchase.
