I have used this vitamin supplement for a few years now and feel that it has been very beneficial. This is a great price for the product and it arrived quickly!!

I bough two bottles which fit in one bottle. My mom and I have been consuming those pills for a months and we have noticed somehow our heard looks softer. There are weeks in which I forget to put oil stuff after washing my hair and it only takes a couple of days and my hair is oiling itself and stay soft compare to applying product oil which make it feel toasted. My mom told me she felt it was softer and that she did not need to blow dry it. Don't think that we have straight hair, loose curly hair. It just feel nourished and we like it. I like the fact that this Biotin doesn't give me heartburn like other brands I have tried. It doesn't give me the hard boiling pimples reaction either like other brands. First Biotin that doesn't give me those pimples. I take it one a day and sometimes a day and other day. My hair is thick and a lot, I am taking this Biotin just to make it grow faster. I know it is growing, but I can't say if it is do it to the biotin because in general it grows.

This visibly helps the deep ridges I get in my nails. I recommend this product.

The container is too large for the content. I combined the contents of two bottles into one.
