We shopped around locally and found all our retailers were wanting $300-$400 for this kit. We have a big dog that sheds and 2 small children that create big messes. We have not had one issue with the suction on this system. It works well even with our 30yr old central vac system. Great Vacs product was as described (Brand New) and fits into all our central vac outlets, which are NuTone brand. My kit was missing one component on arrival. I emailed the folks at Great Vac, got prompt correspondence, and they shipped it quickly at no charge to me. I'm very satisfied with my purchase. I would recommend this product and seller for future purchases! Great product for great price!

I'm so pleased with my vacuum attachments. The set has an attachment for everything. Thin one for corners or under cabinets, long brush one for floors, one that connects to my shampooer to clean small spots, extensions and a long and short attachment for higher or lower areas like stairs, it has a long hose as well and it looks of great quality, not thin like some I've owned . It even comes with a bag that you can hang to hold all the attachments. I can't wait to test them all out.

On/off button doesn’t work, otherwise everything works well.

This is exactly what I've been needing for a long time. It connects to our system easily and fits great. It is well made, high quality. Even with the extra footage the suction is still great. I love that I can turn it off from the handle and not just the wall. This is the perfect addition to any home vacuum system.

What I dislike is that there is no instruction pertaining to how to plug in hose to outlet. The rectangular tab on hose must be facing up or vacuum will not turn on. You also have to turn on switch on handle to on postition. What I like is the attachments and hose is a great value as a package. They work great. That is why I give a five star rating.

The hose is decent, easy to handle and pretty lightweight but does not coil very easily when i need to put it away. I have only had it about 2 weeks and the power switch is already not working and I have to put the hose sideways into the wall for it to actually turn on at all. Most of the attachments are pretty cheap and the main carpet attachment will barely even push across my low pile area rug unless i use a ton of force to push it. My 12 year old can't operate it at all. M went back to using my broken Turbocat because it works better than this one, The only thing I really like is the handle on the hose and the extension rod because my old one didn't have a handle and the extension rod was not adjustable like this one. Over all I am not sure if this was worth it all since I will need to order new extensions and I will just make due with the poser button not working because I like the handle and I really don't feel like messing with trying to return it.

The items were exactly as ordered and worked with my Honeywell Central Vac and NuTone wall plates. The attachments work surprisingly well, but the piece that goes into the wall is very tight. I sanded it down a little and works much better! Would highly recommend and will reorder if I ever need it again.

This clearly says it is an electric set up, and there IS a power switch on the hose, but there is no way to plug it in! No cord, and no electric parts at all!! The "turbo head" is not electric, and even on my squished down practically-no-pile carpet, it stops spinning on contact. This is NOT what I was looking for at all. It will be going back, ASAP!! Only buy this if you are looking for something that is powered only by the suction and you have NO CARPET!!!!!! Terrible!!
