I love the colanders! I use them pretty much on a daily basis. Sturdy construction. Their shape and nesting ability save lots of storage space. I also love the handles. This helps when you are draining things that were boiling in water.

I love these Joseph Joseph Nest Colanders! They feel incredibly sturdy and stack perfectly, which is a huge win for saving cabinet space. The two separate sizes are super practical—I use the smaller one for quick rinses and the larger one for bigger tasks like pasta or washing veggies. But here’s the kicker: I found a bonus use that’s been a game-changer. In my household, we wash dishes by hand, and I started using the larger colander to collect all the leftover organic waste—veggie scraps, peels, whatever. I let it sit for a bit to drain off any excess moisture before dumping it into the trash. Guess what? No more messy leaks in the garbage can that end up stinking up the house. It dries out the rubbish just enough to keep everything clean and odor-free. Plus, while washing dishes, all that soggy waste has a home, and my sink looks so much cleaner during and after the wash. It’s like an unexpected bonus for kitchen organization! The handles on these colanders are seriously amazing too. I don't have much to add to previous reviews. I purchased this to replace a collapsible collander after the silicone cracked. This thing is sturdy and easy to store in my very cramped plasticware cabinet. I actually sit it on its side with the handles facing up to save some space. It sits solidly in the sink, and doesn't move when you pour things into it. Based on some other reviews, it's worth noting that you shouldn't hold the handle while you strain hot liquids. The handle was easy to grip and maneuver, even when the basket was full. I strained 3-4 quarts of stock through it for its first use, and clean up was easy - no residue left behind.

I've used these colanders now for 6 months and have greatly enjoyed them. They are designed in such a way to not only pour food into them easily, but to then pour food from them into bowls that are smaller without spilling over. They have handles that make it simply to pour from them to another dish or bowl. They are sturdy and will last a long time. They nest easily to put away. Highly recommended.

The traditional colander needed two hands. This set needs one. Ergonomically they feel so right. The big one for linguine, ravioli or for rinsing vegetables. The smaller one for your canned goods: tomatoes, beans, corn or mushrooms. Both colanders, although curved, have 3 little knobby feet which, with the handle as a fourth leg, makes for a stable product. It sits well in your sink or elsewhere without tipping. Handy for washing produce or draining pasta. Thought I would use the little one, but I think in the time I've had it only used the inside one once or twice. Little nested colander mostly gets in the way. Good 4/5

Solid build, stands on its own , nice length handle, which also adds stability sitting on your counter, excellent Joseph Joseph, always love the brand, costs a little more but the quality and design are superior. I recommend this producr!

Both sizes are brilliant, the large one for the usual stuff and the little one is so handy for draining from cans etc. But the best bit is they are so easy to handle, tip & pour. You can do this so easily one handed as well. I know I can be juggling a few things in the kitchen at one time and these 2 colanders are just perfect. I bought these as my old colander kind of fell apart but if I had known how fab these colanders are I wouldn't have waited. Top marks Joseph Joseph.

Ik dacht dat de kleinste vergiet te klein zou zijn, maar dat juist degene die ik nu het meest gebruikt. Nemen weinig ruimte in en zijn erg stevig.
