USDA Gourmet Rose Petals, Edible Premium Food-grade, non-GMO, Vegan, Herbal Teas, Baking, Best Value

After reading a few negative reviews I figured it would be hit or miss trying this brand & seller. Turned out to be a hit! Very fragrant and super fresh. Petals are all red and pink. I put rose in my ceremonial cacao and it ads wonderful fragrance and aroma. Tastes great. I will definitely purchase again.

I used this to make jam. Very delicious! Not as clean as I thought, or maybe I'm picky. But in the process I did have to pick out small parts of the rose that didn't belong.

Great for beauty products and for cooking! I use it when I take a bath and I also use it when I make tea!

The media could not be loaded.  As soon as I opened up the package I knew they were authentic and all natural by the smell and the look. Are used to work on my farm and very well aware of fresh natural flowers without pesticides or additional additives and these do not have any of those. These are just rose petals organic dried, perfect. I am ingesting these so they must be organic and natural. I am using them to make rosewater. I will be buying every month from this place!

The media could not be loaded.  Scent: Very nice, however, it’s a combination of the rose petals and the excessive amount of green leaves and debris from the plant itself. The smell of the dried leaves takes away from the scent of the rose petals. The package should not say that it’s “Made from nothing but 100% sun-dried organic roses” because the product has an excessive amount of green material and it is not 100% rose petals. The video I uploaded shows you how much green debris was separated from 5 tablespoons of the rose petals. I did not want to boil or distill the rose petals and the green leaves together because it changes the final scent of the rose water. In order to use the product, I will have to manually remove all the green leaves. In addition, since the rose petals and the green leaves are being dried together, the scent of the leaves is already embedded and mixed in with the rose scent. So in essence, you can’t really remove the subtle scent of the green leaves. But overall, the rose petals have a nice, pleasant scent with an underlying green leaf smell. Also, the online description states that the rose petals are from Rosa Centifolia, and I think that the package should reflect that, but it only says Organic Rose Petals.

The roses are very fragrant and have a gorgeous magenta pink tint. There are a lot of mixed reviews and exceptionally bad reviews for a lot of rose products, so I was immensely relieved that these turned out great! Since they are so tasty, I wouldn't recommend these for the tub, as you could find cheaper organic roses for the tub that probably don't work well in food stuff.I make vegan rose milk tea with these. I highly recommend cold brewing them overnight in the fridge with filtered water, as the pure flavor of the rose tastes so much better without heating the petals. I mix it with some almond milk, honey and a pinch of pink salt and cardamom and it makes an authentic tasting rose milk tea that no boba tea shop could compete with!I also used them to garnish some (vegan) baklava, and they were very nonoffensive as a decoration. They were able to maintain their nice crisp appearance even on top of the ooey gooey sticky baklava for a while!

The scent was fine. I love that they are organic. I had half of the bag still left but couldn't use them bc of the amount of reddish brown bugs/beatles the bag developed. Bag hadn't reached its expire by date or anything. Disappointed and I won't buy them again.
