Really like the product, taste is a little wired but they do give you a good boost on your daily task. My personal opinion this are better then vitamins.PS no this are not for male enhancement people this are a good vitamin supplement I love them, just taste but it’s good

I am not 100% sure because I didn't take these every day, but I thought I noticed some indigestion a few days after taking one of these. I would usually take on on a Saturday or Sunday, and then I seem to remember feeling some discomfort at work the following week. I stopped taking them and it seemed to go away. I would start slowly and make sure that you can digest these. I take a lot of gummy vitamins and I have never noticed a problem in the past with any other supplements. I have a problem taking whey protein, but I checked the label and these do not contain whey.

Honestly, the taste is somewhat strange. Not bad. Definitely not good. VERY edible. However, what I did notice right away was that it was digested and absorbed super easy. The texture was nice, too, as it was silky and easy to chew and swallow. I would highly recommend this version if this is what you're looking to try.
