I ordered this to make my own dubai chocolate at home and it is really good!

Its was perfect

I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of this dried and chopped kataifi. The texture was light and crispy after baking, and it worked wonderfully for the Dubai bars I was making. It absorbed butter well, giving my desserts a rich, flaky finish. The packaging was secure, keeping the product fresh and easy to store.The only reason I’m giving it four stars instead of five is that the strands were a bit more broken than I expected, making it slightly harder to work with for my recipe. However, for general use, it’s a fantastic product, and I’ll definitely be buying it again!

We made the BEST DUBAI CHOCOLATE! Absolutely delish. Heated with butter in a skillet. Drooling.
