Buy a name brand and avoid this. For the $135 you'd expect some level of flow control as well as metal internals. The piping seems legit but upon further inspection the actual valve parts are plastics and flimsy. Long thin screws HD the internal valves and I'd you are not careful they can be over-tighened. Instructions are nothing more than a picture AND the flow is no where near 2 GPM and measures more like 1.2 GPM.

Looks great and was easy to install but both handles I received have an “H” on them for hot and no “C” for cold! Tried to get help through “Product Assistance” on Amazon and it said no assistance available for this product 👎🏻 I can’t return because unfortunately I didn’t notice this until everything was hooked up and I was attaching the knobs😩

Worst shower fixture ever. The handle would not go on right had to make a trip to Lowe’s to get parts to fix it The shower head didn’t work. Had to make another trip to Lowe’s to get fixings. After three trips to Lowe’s and gallons or water to clean up, 12 hours later got it fixed. Had company coming had no choice to return it. Don’t buy.....

The hot side valve was soldered on crooked and was pointing down when compared to the cold side. It's just soldered, I needed to do soldering elsewhere and, as a DIY kind of guy I attempted to reposition the hot side valve... but it warped and now I have scrap metal. Should have just returned it like others have done.

A defective shower valve misdiagnosed by a plumber led to a 4 thousand dollar reipipe to fix the issue. This shower I received was defective, poor quality, thinly manufactured. I am thinking about suing the company in small claims.

After installing everything, without instructions provided, there was not multi shower settings. The nozzel twists like there is supposed to be different settings however it basically just turns off. My husband had to fix alot of the pieces that were not put together properly. looks pretty. But very dissapointed.

We ordered this set to go in a new bathroom and, they are nice. The finish looks good (oil rubbed bronze). I wish that the shower head was not plastic, but that seems like all that is available anymore. The most disappointing thing was that both of the knobs are cold...

Looks good. Works as expected.
