Buyless FashionMens Suspenders - 48" Elastic Adjustable Heavy Duty 2" Wide - X Back

I've only had them about a week, so cannot attest to long-term quality, but these so far are exactly what I was looking for. I've never worn suspenders before, but wanted something to keep my jeans up when doing yardwork--a belt has never really been up to the job of preventing my jeans from sliding down every time I bend or crouch. These are nice and heavy duty, with plenty of adjustment room so they hold with whatever amount of tension you prefer. I'm about 5'10" and given the range of available adjustment, I think these could easily accommodate someone 8 inches shorter OR 8 inches taller with no problem. The wide straps seem very comfortable, and the clasps grip very strongly. They didn't slip at all when doing several hours of heavy yardwork, and I didn't have to pull up my pants even once. While that's exactly what I was looking for, I think it's pretty likely that the clasps would rip any fabric more delicate than heavy jeans. They're not kidding about the "heavy duty" part of the description!Two things I would note (I wouldn't count these as negatives, merely something to be aware of before purchasing):1. The X part of the suspenders actually sits fairly low. You can see in the pic that the back clasps are only about 6 inches away from the cross/X point when not under tension. On me they sit right above the small of my back. It's not a bad thing, but for some reason I was expecting the X to be up high, around my shoulder blades, so just be aware of that if you're looking for a specific style/look.2. As some other reviews have mentioned, the clasps don't open very far. Fully open, the space between the teeth is not even 1/4 of an inch. I don't think I'd say it's a problem, but I did definitely have to attach the back clips to my pants before putting them on--too frustrating to try and figure out blind and behind my back.Overall, would feel comfortable recommending these if you're looking for heavy duty or extra strength suspenders.

These suspenders are really top notice. Great Grip. Comfortable wear. I am very pleased.

For the record, I'm not an expert on fine clothing or even suspenders for that matter. My first pair ever was from Walmart for around $10. Believe it or not, my Walmart pair are still going strong and the other two pair I've purchased since then have problems. But, I must say, the problems with those are not as bad as the Buyless 'Fashion' pair. Fashion huh? I guess it fits right in with 'new' fashionable torn jeans. Bear in mind, all my purchases have been on the lower end of the price swing.Upon opening the package I immediately noticed the lightened crease marks on the suspenders where they had been folded, I guess for years, I don't know. The creases were plain to see when wearing them too, right across my chest. Also, the hardware was the worst I've seen yet in my limited experience. Most of the hardware I've seen are all very similar but, this seems to be even cheaper. Plus, material does not fit properly on the hardware and the snaps looked like they were just about ready to come apart. There's no doubt in my mind that if I had even tried to wear these out in public, the snaps would break apart. I must admit though, this type of snap is fairly easy to put back together but may require a few bends and tweeks to get it back to normal. But, I stand by the 'cheapness' of it.I decided not to 'exchange' with another pair mainly because of the cheap hardware. The crease could have been just a fluke. I opted for a refund. I do not recommend this product. Sorry Buyless.

These are nice, wide, solid suspenders in a useful color that goes with everything, work-style or more dressy. I will wear them regularly. The clips are big and strong -- so strong that they might perforate more delicate fabrics. If I had to make one criticism, it would be that, when the clips are open, the teeth separately only slightly, so that it's easier to attach the suspenders front and back while sitting down, or before putting on the pants, than it is to attach them the way I normally do -- standing up, back clips first, then front ones. That can get pretty laborious. But they're a great buy at the price, and I think they are going to prove very durable.

Dress pants are a thinner quality then jeans and as a result the metal teeth clamp so tight over time I feel might poke holes in dress pants. I would have liked instead of metal saw tooth teeth a ridged plastic clasp that could not poke holes in dress pants yet grasp just as tight.

They came fast and are made of a good quality stretchy type material. The only thing to watch out for is the thickness of the strap. These are much thicker than I anticipated because I didn’t pay enough attention to the description of the product. Totally my fault. However, I took off one star because the clasps came scratched and one was discolored a bit. Still usable and I don’t think it’ll be noticeable once they’re on. Just something I noticed. Overall, these are great for what you get for the price! I’d buy again.

These offer strong support with durable hardware. I recommend these and will order again when needed.

Excellent quality. Great price. My first try for suspenders since I got old and my pants don't stay up. These are nice and wide and the clips haven't slipped yet. I started with these lower price ones on Amazon and they are pretty good!Ordering 2 more. One in a darker color for me and one for a neighbor who has the same age related problem. Now I'll have 2 pants lined up ready to jump into like a fireman. Only "issue" is shirts have to be tucked inside pants, but outerware is unaffected. And NO belt threading involved. I like this look. I like being mistaken for a farmer!

I bought these suspenders to hold up my snow pants for snowboarding and they work perfectly. They are super strong and never come undone. The clasps have little claws on them so they dig into the pants. They've caused some wear and tear where they attach but its not a concern. Definitely recommend.

Excellent quality item, nice , comfy wide straps and strong clips.

Shipping was fast . Fit was good except they tend to fall off one shoulder sometimes. I;ve never had that happen. Maybe after awhile it won't happen. Otherwise ,everything is good. Thankyou

work OK but present a Problem them up because of there width they keep twisting difficult to keep straight down the back and you can't leave them like that because of the width and robust build. This can be irritating.
