12 Survivors Mini First Aid Rollup Kit - Black, Not Applicable

Some of the pics n this posted item appear to be of the larger version. This led me to believe thats what i was getting. Disappointed with the way it was presented. Im not impressed with the size for fifty dollars.

I primarily purchased this for the rollup bag, not for the contents. As with most pre=packaged first-aid kits, you have to replace the cheap, generic bandages and gauze with brand name products. If you are willing to basically strip everything out and put in your own first aid items it is a good deal. I wish they sold the empty bag so you could fill it up as needed for your particular situation. I am going to use this for camping/hiking in a hot, dry, desert climate so I included sting-eze, aspirin/ibuprofen, Benadryl, Neosporin, Band-Aid and Curad Brand bandages and gauze, cotton swabs, a quality scissors and tape, small wooden splints, Carmex, and a few other small accessories. The only items I retained from the kit were: elastic bandage, vinyl gloves, antiseptic wipes, and the medical manual. Everything else was tossed. I don't keep emergency blankets in my first aid kit, as I keep them in a separate pouch with bedding, so that was not needed either. Finally, with open sides and mesh pockets the bag is not water, moisture or dust proof. That is a big miss in my opinion. Other than that, it is decent but not spectacular.

I find that medic, specifically, roll-up medic bags make good hygiene kits. This holds up well enough. I'd just prefer the discretion of all-black. I wish we could remove the logo like the larger models but that doesn't take away from its functionality. Fill with shaving creme, safety razor, aftershave, wisps, extra razors, washcloth, 1 Oz body wash, and travel lotion this thing take up about as much space as a 22oz water bottle. Smaller than the 32oz klean kanteen in diameter.

I really like this kit. This is going to be a small car kit for me. The roll up form factor is effective because it allows you to open the kit, and see all of the contents through the mesh pockets and everything is still clean and organized. You can then open the pouch that you want and take those items out digging through a full bag of contents.I added to my kit as soon as I got it and there is plenty of room to fit extra products in it. I added 15 or 20 pouches of individual medications, a trauma pad, scissors, burn wipes, extra gauze pads, hand sanitizer packs, and a cpr shield as well as a better manual.The star of this kit is definitely the bag, rather than the contents. While the contents are basic, the bag is very handy and better than anything else that I have used.

This is the most compact first aid kit I’ve ever seen - fits the open space in my Molle panel perfectly! Very sturdy material and seams are sewn well. Will come in handy traveling and kayaking. Highly recommend.
