We had to move our large memory foam mattress across the country, and I was so stressed about how we were going to manage it. This Meersburg vacuum bag was the perfect solution and worked flawlessly from start to finish.The process was simple, and the bag compressed our mattress down to a shockingly manageable size. What really makes this product a standout are the heavy-duty straps that come with it. They were perfect for keeping the mattress tightly rolled without needing a single piece of tape. It made the mattress so much easier to handle, load, and unload. After a long journey, the bag was still perfectly sealed and our mattress was in pristine condition. This product took a huge weight off our shoulders during a stressful move. Highly, highly recommend!

Used moving my son to college, This worked great, mattress is a full, I used a shop vac,and it took 3 people to get it done, one person using the shop vac, the other 2 standing on the mattress as it was getting the air out, definitely make sure to zip it up correctly, rolled it up, attaching the straps, it stayed deflated for 24 hours, moved the next day. Worth the money, made moving the mattress easy

I had the original 33” rollaway bed 4inch foam mattress, a 4inch twin 38” foam topper and a 2” twin mattress pad: 10” total. The bag was larger than the 38” twin topper and very easy to slip it all into the bag. The next part (zipping it up) took effort. I would dock it 1/2 of a star because it does not provide that zipper/pinch clip that other vacuum bags come with to help zip it closed. So instead your fingers are going to get a serious workout. If There are ANY white spots along the 2 zipper tracks, it is not sealed. Once That’s done, make sure the blue suction thing is over the mattress (not on top of the plastic itself). I found that holding the blue thing up off the mattress at first gets the air out of the bag faster, then I let it sit on top of mattress to continue. It definately helps to have a second person at this point to press the mattress to speed things along. I could have gone further but it was at a point that worked for me. I got 10” down to about 3-4 inches. I highly recommend this vacuum bag.

I had a 2" mattress topper for a full-sized bed that I needed to pack up for my daughters move in day going to college. My goal was to try and save as much space as possible while trying to fit an apartments worth of belongings into a minivan, so this was perfect (or so I thought). I even paid the extra delivery fee to get this the same day. It was way bigger than what I needed even though I bought this size based on the description recommendation. It was challenging navigating the topper into the bag and there was so much extra space left over. I struggled getting all the air sucked out with the vacuum because the area where you put the vacuum nozzle kept getting stuck to the topper. It took multiple tries but eventually I got the air out. It was about 11pm when I did this and the next morning when I woke up, the bag was already filled with air. All of my efforts from the night before was a total waste of time. I was so disappointed and frustrated because we were leaving that morning to start our road trip. I just took it out of the bag and ended up rolling the topper and putting in an extra-large garbage bag which worked just fine. I will be returning this.

This Vacuum Bag for Memory Foam and Latex Mattresses sealed nicely for my twin mattress. Once I received this I slipped in my twin mattress and sealed it shut. I then attached my vacuum to suction out the air. It took about 10 minutes tops. I then proceeded troll up the flattened mattress and secured the roll with the straps that were included. I did this all by myself. It was tricky, but I did it. Once rolled I transported it to my car and storage unit. It doesn't take up much space and is very well protected in my unit.

We used this on our Zinus 10” Green Tea Memory Foam Mattress (Amazon), plus a foam topper. The instructions were clear, the bag was well made and sturdy, and the zipper worked effectively. Note: the zipper took some time to fully seal - make sure both tracks on the zipper are completely sealed all the way down the seam (this will seem like it takes a while but it’s important). We used a shop vac to suction the air out, and the air hole was placed on the top of the mattress, with the hose pressed directly against the plastic and mattress. The only reason I docked a star was the misleading instructions: they said it wouldn’t take more than 20 minutes, and if it did, it was leaking somewhere. Well, it took us over 3 hours to get the mattress flattened and there were zero leaks. However it did work! The final width of our 10” (+ foam topper) mattress is about 2.5-3”. It is very stiff once the air is removed, and it took three of us to effectively roll it and strap it with the included straps. (We rolled it on the long side .). The final diameter rolled up is 12”, and it’s 66” long (if you are trying to figure out how much space it will take up when finished). I would definitely recommend/ purchase this again. Just be ready to spend some time with the activity (we ultimately propped up the shop vac hose so we didn’t have to sit there for 3 hours locked in).
