This makes backflushing heater cores a breeze. Very nice that it will fit multiple hoses sizes without having to have multiple adapters. Has a good solid weight, feels like quality is good.

Correct usage is key! I was skeptical dropping the money on this, but it outperformed my expectations. I recommend using a hose clamp as well as my core was so clogged it was blowing out without one. Also it did nothing to my core when trying to flush from the way the coolant flows, soon as I reversed it this blew out all the gunk instantly, freeing my heater core and giving me heat back after owning this truck and never having heat! The core was so clogged no water was coming through with this thing full blast when trying to flush in the direction of the coolant.It worked amazing, beat all of the parts store and cheap solutions out there instantly. Buy this, you'll have a clear core or end up needing a new one because your core was done anyway.

It works for intended use. Delivered no damage. Looks to be quality built and durable.

This tool is pretty expensive for what it is, but when compared to the cost of a visit to the mechanic, it pays for itself pretty quickly.My heater core was plugged, and previously I had taken it to a mechanic to flush. This year I decided to try it myself. I bought this tool and successfully got heat back in my truck. Perfect!The tool is easy to use and very straightforward. I set my air compressor to 20 psi, and it worked great.

This is a good tool. Since I was working on the interior of my boat it was nice that it didn't leak at all when I would set it aside. The only suggestion I would make is to buy the one with the air inlet unless you are absolutely certain you'd never need it. Also, while it's labeled as a heater core flush tool, this will work to flush the entire cooling system. A couple of hoses in my boat were slightly larger diameter than the spray tool, but I was able to rig an adapter using a foot of flexible tubing from the hardware store.

This tool is amazing. I bought it for my 98 jeep cherokee xj and it worked a hundred times better than i hoped it would. My absolute favorite part about the tool is it has a built in pressure regulator so you dont burst the heater core which is what i was super nervous about in the first place, especially this being my first time doing a heater core flush. But with this tool attatched i had my garden hose on full blast and before i put this tool on my jeep i sprayed it to see how the pressure was and it was super soft even after using the adjustment on the handle. Put this on my hose with the hose clamp so it wouldnt leak and it was all done in 5 minutes. The air button is what made the process so quick and super worth the extra money. Run the water through and send a blast of air every few seconds with the water and now i have flawless working heat in a jeep with almost 300k miles. And saved me hours and hours of labor time pulling my dashboard and hvac box just to replace the heater core. It really cant be more straightforward or easier to use and super effective.

Did a great job cleaning out my heater core, so glad I found this tool, I thought for sure I was going to have to replace heater core and that's no easy job

1999 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Heat system back flush tool very easy to use. Use low pressure to pulse in the opposite direction, to remove any sediment in your heater core. Then add Prestone radiator and heater core flush to remove any remaining sediment buildup. Flush again, then get you heat back to normal! Wow!!!

Its expensive for what it is.. but I saved almost 2000$ with this gadjet! Shop wanted to replace heater core and that a complete dash dismantle.Saved my heater core in under 30 minutes!!!!

Be real careful NOT pull the handle full blast. Water mains go from 40 to 60 psi, core rated to 20. If it’s plugged, go gentle . For air hose, make darn sure NOT to exceed 25 psi or risk damage . Other than taking care, a very handy tool, don’t need adaptors or a bunch of junk. Makes the job easy and less painless .

Pricy for what it is But it works

The stepped design lets you slide the nozzle into any size hose. The trigger allows for a controlled pressure, making this the perfect tool.

This worked great at unplugging my heater core, saving a big repair bill. It is a little awkward at times, but that was expected.
