I find Dr Berg products to be very good quality and the combo cuts down on numerous pills you have to take.

So after finding I had some vitamin and mineral deficiencies, I purchased this one, mostly because I have tried other products from this brand and had great results. This one didn't disappoint me. I believe this helped me (along with their vitamin D) to get new hair growth. My only complaint is that it is hard to get; it keeps selling out. So, if you are like me and need it for several months, don't buy only one. I recommend getting more bottles because the wait was a bit long for me to repurchase it after it sold out twice.
