First of all, I am not at all concerned about the fact this contains Red 40. Not at all.With that said, this is a solid EAA supplement with a solid profile, and it mixes well and tastes great. The sour watermelon is really more watermelon than it is sour; the sour is more subtle, which makes it more enjoyable than if it was actually sour. The flavor is just pleasantly refreshing.Additionally, I didn’t notice any side effects or unwanted effects after taking this. I read some others had some stomach issues or something, but I did not experience anything like that at all.All things considered, this EAA supplement is solid.

Sour Watermelon flavor tastes good and isn't overly sweet. Helped with muscle recovery and reduced soreness after workouts. Electrolytes are a nice bonus, but the container could be fuller for the price.

The essential amino acids watermelon taste was excellent. It was really easy to mix into my water. Didn't upset my stomach and gave my the hydration I needed after workouts. Seemed effective for muscle recovery, great product.
