I put this on as soon as I received it and it is so good that I immediately ordered more. I’m honestly surprised because of how inexpensive it is. I have tried so many (Revision and Laneige are my favorites) but when this popped up as an item I might be interested, I figured for the price I might as well give it a shot. I am SO glad I did.It is not sticky at all - just moisturizing! Has a very light vanilla scent and no taste. It makes my lips look and feel hydrated and full without any tingle or burn. I love this product!!

This is the cheapest, nicest peptide lip gloss I've ever used. Honestly, it works better than products that I've paid a premium for in the past. I don't know how Essence does it but *wow*. Please don't discountinue this gloss. Everyone is feeling the pinch of the economy right now so we need products that are affordable and effectatious. The applicator is really nice, the gooey bit feels amazing on the lips, and it has NO SMELL that I can decern so for those of us who hate fragrances in our cosmetics this one is a major win. I went ahead and ordered 2 more tubes because my husband kept stealing mine. In summation, you should absolutely buy it. It's $5 and worth so much more. It lasts a decent amount of time on my lips, it's easy to apply, the color is very neutral to clear, and the thickness is perfect.

Hydrates well

Love this lip gloss! It’s very moisturizing and has a very light but delicious aroma of vanilla. Comes in a convenient tube which makes it easy to apply.

Essence has done it again! I only use their mascaras due to how well they work and affordability. I’m a mom of 3, so my money goes to their wants and needs before myself, but still like having good quality makeup without the guilt of buying something for myself because it is very affordable lol! I just received this peptide lip balm today and tried it for the first time. I must say it is absolutely amazing! Very smooth, not sticky, smells like yummy vanilla, a good amount of product, and great for the price, like very great compared to other brands that are $20 or more dollars. Will be buying more!

Since chemo and radiation treatments I’ve been having serious issues with skin coming off of my lips on a daily basis. I have to constantly exfoliate them. Trust me when I say I’ve tried many many different lip treatments ointments masks and oils and balms. This one is the one! Yes! I slept in it and I woke up it was still on. It moisturized and is healing my lips. It’s thick enough sticky enough and full of peptides and emollient that hydrate supremely. I can’t believe I didn’t find this sooner. I’ve tried expensive brands that left my poor lips worse. This is worth a lot more then the price they’re charging. Shhh! Don’t let them know that. The fires that are here and the dry burning air quality hasn’t helped much but thank god we’re alive right!!! Yes this product is a game changer for me and if you have severely dry lips during winter or chemo I highly suggest you give this one a shot. There’s another trendy lip product with peptides in it but this little guy swings it out of the course… good day.

Works well

Contains peptides. Very cheap compared to other peptide lip products. No weird flavor. Essence always clearly labels which of their items are GF, which is great for those of us who are medically required to avoid it.
