Only 1 of the two Black Cartridges Worked, but I received an immediate refund.
I opened one of the new cartridges and my HP 3830 printer simply wouldn't accept it. It said that it was a faulty cartridge. So I had to open the second one, and that one worked. The printer said that it was a reused HP cartridge. Since the return date of the cartridges had long passed, I posted an initial review of the ink. Amazingly, "Nancy", from the seller, contacted me and gave me a full refund without me even asking for one. She explained that it took a while to figure out what my email address was, but as soon as she found it, she reached out. The refund came as an Amazon gift card, which because I buy so many items on here, was useful for me. I would give 5 stars for customer service, but one cartridge was still found faulty, so I lowered it to 4.

Bad cartridge
Glad to receive your E-Mail. I have a problem with the first cartridge I loaded. Printer kept showing message,[ do not recognize cartridge]. I tried reloading several times and still not work. Unpacked second cartridge and it loaded great and works fine. What can be done with the defective cartridge as far as a replacement for it? Great product at a great price
I was skeptical about buying this ink, since it was such a great price compared to HP's. I am so glad I tried it out though! Arrived quickly and works with my InkJet printer perfectly. I will definitely be ordering them again when I run out!

works well. it did take a couple attempts for the printer to recognize the cartridge.

Great Buy
I don't usually need to print much and bought my ink from HP. No more. I had a huge volume of printing to do and ordered these cartridges. Saved money and they printed as much and as well as the expensive ones.

Works as well as name brand
This was a fraction of the price I usually pay for ink cartridge replacements. It works as well in my printer as the original brand.

Product arrived.
I intend to use the product for my printer at home for day to day printing.. The cartridges arrived as stated on the correct day. I have not had occasion to use them yet since the ones in my printer are still working properly. When I do install them I will be happy to provide a better evaluation as to their performance.
