Does its intended job and is a good buy for the price.
I was only able to find to cons with this entire system. The controller Works Flawless, the remote controller, Works flawless and appears to be an excellent build quality. The only cons I can give is that the coupling piece that you have to use to attach the controller to the light strips is extremely fragile and the pens will bend easy. They could have a better end connector that you did not have to insert a coupling into. The second con is that in order to use it to dance with the music, you have to have the music downloaded onto your phone. I understand that it has a function on it that beats with everything being heard from the microphone on the phone. While this is fine, if you are only wanting it to dance to the music and not react to everybody's voices, you cannot do it unless you play downloaded music.

This works great! But when getting it I didn’t realize I’d also have to get a 4-pin connector, so watch out for that.

GREATEST LIGHT STRIP CONTROLLER
Honestly, this thing is amazing. I have like 5 of them all around my house and being able to control all my cheap light strips with one app is so amazing. Theres no Alexa built in or anything but I’m sure if you’re tech-saavy you can integrate that.

Works fine, but it’s a difference app
I purchased some of these a while ago and they ran off of the “HappyLighting” app, I looked at the QR code in the photo and it was clearly for this same app. But when I got it it runs off of the “duoCo Strip” app and not the one I already have. Everything worked fine for me, but my plan was to use the same app as my other ones. The remote control is less reliable than the app in my experience, so just use the app

Didn't work at all
Failed as soon as connected and never worked. Product is junk. Hardwired led strips to switches for red, blue and green and they work perfect so this module got thrown in trash! Do not buy!

Worth the purchase
I had to buy this as an add on to the led lights I previously purchased. Worked just as great as if it came with the led lights! Simple set up!

Only red worked and it didnt even come with a power plug so we had to go find one separately
