Q: Do these suspenders stay put on your shoulders? I have trouble wih the strap sliding off my right shouldet

If the suspender strap is adjusted properly it shouldn't slip off your shoulder. It is possible your one shoulder is a little lower than the other. Make sure it is adjusted a little tighter on your right shoulder. Mine will sometimes slip off of my shoulders when I do something like moving my pants upward which will loosen the tension of one or both sides. Experiment and I'm sure you can fix your problem.

Q: Can the clips be removed and replaced with different ones ?

No they’re not obviously replaceable.
