Q: Are they true to size?

I ordered a size 4 but found them too big for most of my size 4 shoes - they would only fit in a fairly wide pair of canvas shoes. I would suggest you order one size below the size you want. These insoles are very comfortable, by the way. I think they're a good buy.

Forget it, they won't last more than a couple of days, they suffer badly from amnesia.

I walk my dog twice a day and I find the insole really comfortable. I had trouble with my feet before and found these really helped.

Go for a 5. They are slightly.oversize. They are not very good though, the heal area crushed to almost nothing within 2 days of wearing on the pair I bought.
