I've been having chronic lower back pain every single night for the last three years (almost like my back muscles can't relax and are super tight). I typically wake up every morning between 3am-5am and can't go back to bed it's so bad. I used this yesterday alongside a Tens 7000 unit and I didn't wake up until my alarm woke me up. Today is my second day using it. I'm hopeful for sleep! I've been on the fence about getting one of these for a couple years...I wish I would have done it sooner!! It's easy to use!

I love this thing. I took a tumble while skiing an messed up my knee. I think using this really helped.The cord length is nice so you can be situated without being strapped to a wall. An the setting options are nice.

So far so good! We’ve been using it every day for a month in places we’re sore or have joint pain- knees, hips, hamstrings, calves, lower back, neck. It’s really easy to strap on and use while working or watching tv. We think it’s helping because my hips and joints are t hurting as much (but I’m also doing reformer Pilates to strengthen muscles). My husband loves it after crossfit or running.

Too soon to tell. Just was not what i expected.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:I was skeptical about red light therapy now, I swear by it! Relief from pain in 30 minutes. I put it on while working out watching TV. HIGHLY recommend!
