Superb customer service. I was unhappy that the three practice balls were not included. The seller reached out and attempted to send the missing practice pickleballs and when that didn't work out offered a partial refund. You can't do better than that, and the practice paddle is excellent.

Been using this paddle for a couple weeks now. Been using in Games. Bought it mainly to retrain myself to stay focused on the ball. Was getting into a bad habit of looking away too early. For this the paddle really help because there is no room for error with such a small surface. Second benefit is being able to hit the sweet spot with my regular paddle consistently. The nitty gritty stuff. This paddle is light, weighing in @ 7.5oz. 1.1oz lighter than my reg paddle. But it comes with weights that I will be adding on later. Overall the paddle feels very similar to a control paddle. Has a soft touch, and is comfortable in the hands. The ball does come off the paddle pretty quick when needed for speed ups and put away shots. Surface finish. It's gritty and allows for a good amount of spin. Only concern would be durability. As seen in the pictures there are already chips around the edges and even on the surface of the paddle. 1 of the chips was just from the paddle sliding off the bag and falling appx 2". The others were during play and with very little contact. The edges are seem brittle. The little chips on the surface face are from the ball and whatever it may have picked up along the way.
