It looks funny in a way, like a box in terms of the shape (like a camera bag I have), but I love that it is small and has the perfect size for the basics, with enough space so you can easily find things. If they ever want to improve it, they could add an additional zipper compartment on the outside.

I wanted a black denim backpack for adding decorative patches for a 5 year old.It is more like a velour corduroy than denim. It is a beautiful backpack, but not what I was anticipating from the images and description.Still keeping the bag—Like I say, it’s a well-made and cute backpack.

It’s a cute backpack, and looks like pictures, only the straps are super short - I’m tiny and it’s as if the straps were made for a toddler.

The strap broke just holding just a folder and a lunch bag before even leaving the house. Customer service only responds with a bot chat. My daughter had already decorated it with iron on patches and keychains and now I have to spend the time taking it all off in order to return.
