So far so good! I have an induction stove and these work great! They do make a buzzing noise that increases as you increase the heat as opposed to my quiet cast iron, but I read that it’s normal for stainless steel pans when using induction. They’re really solid and heavier than I expected for the price and clean up well. If there’s a tiny bit of food residue that clouds the bottom and won’t come off with dish soap, a powdered cleaner like barkeepers friend works perfect. This is not an issue with this product specifically, but just with stainless steel cookware as a whole.The flat lids really are gorgeous and I’ve never had any like them before. I guess you can’t load as much food in the pans since the lids aren’t domed, but I haven’t had an issue so far. The lids do hold some water around the inner part between the outside metal edge and the glass, but I doubt that will cause any long term issues as they do eventually air dry, but you just can’t get in there with a towel.One pot that I’ve used on really high heat has starting rainbowing or whatever you call it when it starts changing colors on the inside, but I know that just happens to every stainless steel on high heat. I don’t like babying my pots and pans so it’s the price I’m willing to pay to boil water faster.They stack small which is awesome since I live in a trailer, but even if we buy a house in the future I really see no reason to upgrade these. I feel that the 3 pots so close in size are a bit redundant, but hey maybe I’ll need to use them all at once sometime. Overall great value for the money.

We purchased an induction stove and with that we needed to order stainless steel pots and pans. I’ve purchased this brand before for my daughter and my daughter in law and they both love them. I didn’t care for the original aluminum, but these stainless steel are great. They stack nicely together for easy storage. I love that the lids seal completely without the hole from the original design. Two lids work for the entire collection. I love the sleek look and the heat distribution is fantastic. The skillets come with Teflon coating and the saucepans without. The large pot has affixed handles with rubber so I wouldn’t put it into the oven These pans cost about as much as the original set, it is a great quality for the price point. As long as you care for these pans they will last a very long time.

Super impressed by the quality, especially for this price. Full-clad steel, sturdy and defect-free, honestly i can't imagine the quality of the pots and pans being any better. The missing star is because the sizes in this set aren't that ideal. The medium pan is great, but I also need a smaller pan, and a larger pan. I would love to build out this set with more but Carote doesn't sell other pots/pans individually, nor do they even have other stainless stell pans available. Now i'm kinda stuck with these admittedly great pans and pots but i still need other ones with handles for my other needs, which somewhat defeats the purpose of going handle-less (so that they can all be stacked and stored compactly). Please make more of these Carote!!!

These pants are wonderful! I love how they stack inside each other and you can use the handles on each one and they're removable. I would definitely recommend buying these and plan on using them in my house when we're done with our RV trip

I love this set! I have been looking for a stainless steel set. Definitely order more. I couldn’t resist the removable handles. Perfect if you’re baking, just help by lifting it with a pot holder and not put all the weight on the handle. Hubby installed a drawer that slides out of the bottom cabinet. The problem I was having was that my pots and pans kept getting stuck. It’s so much easier to stack now.Although the real reason in buying these, was for my health. You hear about the toxins, endocrine disruptions and fertility issues using Teflon and non stick products with a coating. If the material gets scratched or damaged, it’s just become microplastics that’ll go into your body.If you add water to your pan, let it cook off then pour your olive oil, butter, avocado or coconut oil to the pan. Keep the flame not too high and you shouldn’t have any issues. Our health is more important and highly recommend this set.The box is sealed with tape, packaged with care. Everything is wrapped with plastic or bubble wrap and separated with cardboard dividers. The only thing you have to put together is the top handle for the lids and it comes with a booklet and instructions. And don’t forget to wash them before using.

Suuuper great set for the price! All works great! I’m not sure if I just don’t know how to use stainless steel correctly or what but stains get on the pans after washing and it’s incredibly hard to scrub clean after cooking with them. Definitely not nonstick but we wanted to keep away from chemicals in our cooking tools.
