Addalock (Set of 2)

The funny things is that everyone is trying to sell something.It is thick and large and won’t suit any doors. Not sure what it is intended purpose are.It is only when you pay that it says in the instructions “may not suit all doors”.

This is the best security system you can have for both traveling and home. It’s easy to use and effective while traveling and adding additional security to your home.

Didn't think about it until it arrived - it will not work if your door swings outward. Also, it's heavy - which makes it feel sturdy, but adds weight to your suitcase. Does come with a little pouch. But it's quirky. I put it on a door at home. I took like 2 minutes to get it OFF. I honestly am not sure I won't return this, as if there's a fire, this could be an issue. Definitely something you'd need to practice using before you "need" it. It's ok. Not great.

Shipping was incredibly fast! I received Addalock within 10 hours of my order.I was able to install the Addalock quickly and to be prepared, I removed it to be certain I could remove it promptly. I have used it everyday and it is easy to install and easy to remove. Not sure why one reviewer said it took 2 minutes to remove? May he installed it incorrectly, if that is possible.I recommend removing it after first install to test it out for yourself. Like anything new, it gets easier with practice.

This is a great device and works well as long as the lock has a classic ovoid latch. If the lock has a rectangular latch as is typically found on commercial doors, and also some residential doors, then it will not be usable.
