The consistency of this product is difficult but it’s not the manufacturers fault. It’s like a slightly thinner honey that tends to be pretty messy and I lose a little bit each time I use it. I have never seen a liquid vitamin e product that was easy to use or dose, I hope a better solution comes along at some point. I really like the fact that the vitamin E is derived from wheat germ instead of soy like many other options. The price point is less than half of what others I have tried usually cost and there is close to twice as much. It’s even cheaper than buying the powder and vitamin e then mixing it myself. This works well for me (I’m male). I noticed some crystals in my bottle as well but they did not affect the quality. It would be nice to see the amount of vitamin e on the bottle but they said it’s 1430 iu per gram if anyone is curious.

Have been mixing my own powder with Jarrow Vit E complex capsule oil and doing great. Just got sick of the routine and decided to take a few drops of this instead. No Way. Thicker than cold honey, even after warming it for a while. Hard to fill the dropper and then get a thin stream of heavy oil not able to be measured when trying to get it out. And then when I decided to just make the best of it and use it it was like tar, very sticky and hard to spread. That's probably because it's pure Vit E ( a good thing really) but a little coconut oil or other thinner would likely make it work better, but I didn't buy it to have to play with it to get it to work.

DO NOY BUY!! It is so thick and sticky you can't get any drops out of the dropper. Total waste of money. Steer clear.

The bottle dropper is defective. The oil leaks out as soon as the dropper bottom clears the oil in the bottle. The seller gave a prompt refund. I've upgraded the number of stars for that.

High quality, natural progesterone. I have purchased several times. One gets twice as much product compared to other brands. If the product is too thick, submerse the glass bottle in a bowl of warm to hot water.
