It is awesome! Helps my friend to function independently.
My 94 yr old friend, who is living independently, has a problem with his grip and unsteady hands and cannot put Antibiotic drop on his eye which was prescribed by his Opthalmologist. I ordered 2 different gadgets since they were inexpensive. I wasn't discouraged by negative reviews of both gadgets. REMEDIC Eyedrop Bottle Guide Aid Dispenser didnt work for his bottle. It didn't go thru. I probably didn't put it right. I am so happy & thankful that this Owen Mumford OP 6000 Autodrop Eye Guide works perfect for his Antibiotic eye drop ( OFLOXACIN Opthalmic Solution, USP Sterile 0.3% ) He is able to dispense the drops with ease. Thank you Owen Mumford for this product which helps him to function independently. It is awesome!

Fantastic! I can now apply eye drops by myself!
The Owen Mumford Autodrop Eye Guide works perfectly. After cataract surgery in both eyes, I am required to apply prescription eye drops several times a day for a period of weeks (before and after surgery). I had enough difficulty administering eye drops before surgery, and found it to be impossible after surgery. (After surgery, the eyes have no ability to focus at close-range -- so, I couldn't tell how close the eye drop bottle was from my eyes.) My wife had been administering the drops, but this proves to be problematical if she is away, or sleeping, etc. Or, if you don't have a husband, wife, relative, etc. available -- you are out of luck. Looking online for a solution to this eye drop application problem, I came across several eye drop guides. The Mumford seemed to have largely positive reviews, so I bought that brand. It fits my prescription eye drop bottles perfectly, and provides amazingly fast and accurate eye drops (actually, much better/easier/ more accurate than having my wife apply the drops). I don't know if over-the-counter eye drop bottles will fit-- but, I'm guessing they will. NOTE: It is best to apply the eye drops (using the eye drop guide) while lying down (horizontal) so the drop will fall straight down into your eye. If you sit in a chair or stand, you will have to bend your neck and lean far back to obtain a perpendicular drop. For those reviewers who gave this product poor reviews, I'm guessing that they were not allowing the eye drops to fall perpendicular into their eyes. This would be a user error, not a product malfunction.

TOTALLY INADEQUATE - DOESN'T FIT "ALL MAJOR BRAND EYE DROPS!!!"
Watch out!! This eye drop guide is supposed to fit all major brands of eye drops, but it simply does not. I bought Systane Pro PF eye drops and found I could not get the drops in my eyes without some guide. I looked at Amazon and found this one and felt confident it would solve my problem - IT DOES NOT!!! My eye drops are from Alcon, a well-respected medical eye-based company based in Fort Worth, Texas - I would expect this to be a major brand - well not major enough, I guess. The I sought out Amazon Customer Service - when I tried to get it replaced, Amazon sent me to the manufacturer who does not work 24/7 only Mon-Fri. I am totally disgusted with Amazon and the manufacturer, Own Munford. All I want is to get an eye drop guide that will allow me to actually hit my eye with the drops

Simple, Easy and clean
I was recently diagnosed with early onset glaucoma. Which is going to require me to take eyedrops every day at night. I’ve never been very good at taking eyedrops. Even doing simple allergy relief ones has always been very difficult for me as a child and into my adult years. However this simple little molded plastic device has worked an absolute treat. It’s not perfect but for the value it works. It’s able to fit even some of the smallest eyedrop bottles, and once you look over the instructions, it’s pretty much idiot proof. If anyone has difficulty administering eyedrops, or hast to do it on a regular basis, I would recommend a device like this. I think the only con against it that I have is the fact that I had to actually come here to Amazon to get one. Something like this should be readily available in your home pharmacy.

Owen Mumford OP 6000 Autodrop Eye Guide
Arrived on time well packaged - What I received was not what was pictured on the description page. There is a picture showing what appears to be an attachment for the liquid being dispensed which was not included. I have 2 of these that I got after Cataract Surgery. Both bottles of the medicine I was prescribed fit, one very easily and the other with some difficulty due to the size of the bottle neck being larger, but both fit. One piece of the applicator is hinged and you can move it away to replace the cap on the bottle. Since I have two of them, once I have applied the drops, I just unlatch the halves and replace the bottle cap. The only problem I have is the latch on one of the applicators is misaligned with the locking tab and you have to align the two before it will latch which is a pain but it does latch. They will probably last for me to use on the other eye and that would be great.

Great little product
Perfect for a 5mL prednisone drops bottle after cataract surgery. I didn’t have any other drops so can only comment on this specific use. I bought 4-5 other similar products and this was the best - some were pretty useless. I bought 3 to have around the house. Most accurate administration was using a full tilt of my head as if laying down on my back. Look at the pin hole. Squeeze. Done. It may break after a lot of use because the hinge is plastic but for the price, buy more than one. Well worth it.

Highly Recommend!
GREAT device! A bull's-eye direct hit every time which is important when you need eye drops for glaucoma. I'm planning on getting a second one as a backup!

Brilliant piece of kit my hubby was able to do his own eye drops easily after having his cataract removed, without this it would have been down to me which would be a problem as I work and he would have missed doses. But this dtopper saved all the worry and kept him independent.

This AutoDrop works so well. I was having a lot of trouble getting the prescription eye drops into my eyes without poking my eye or missing my eye completely. The optometrist showed me two different ways but I still was having trouble. Now I can get the drops into my eyes with no problems. It fits the Sandoz 2.5 ml bottle perfectly. Some reviewers said they couldn't put the lid back on and they had to the bottle every time. I can put the lid on and screw it down enough that it doesn't come off.
