This CPAP nose pillow is honestly one of the most comfortable and practical setups I’ve used. The top-of-head hose connection is a game changer—it swivels freely, so if you toss and turn or sleep on your side like I do, the hose doesn’t get in your way or wrap around you. I use a hose hook on my headboard, and with that setup, I barely even notice it’s there once I lay down.The silicone side tubes are wrapped in a really soft, comfortable cloth, and even the nose piece has a nice fabric covering. It feels great on the skin and is super easy to clean and maintain. Highly recommend this one if you’re tired of fighting with your CPAP gear every night.

This is the most comfortable cpap mask I’ve tried. I was ready to give up on my cpap altogether because I found the mask to be extremely uncomfortable and I wouldn’t be able to fall asleep in them at all. I’ve had this one well over a week now and I sleep like a baby. I had the nasal mask previously with the hose that hangs out the front like an elephant trunk and I hated it! With this mask design I don’t have a clunky hose hanging across my face while I’m trying to sleep. The fabric around the face is so soft I don’t even feel it. My only complaint is for the price I shouldn’t have to purchase the head strap separately especially since you can’t really wear the mask without it.

The listing says this doesn't come with headgear (head-strap), so I ordered one as well. However, it does come with the headgear so I didn't need to spend the extra money for the headgear. Would've been nice to know that prior to purchase.

I can't say enough good things about this frame. It's soft and padded and very comfortable. It doesn't slip at all, and I scored my first ever 100 the first night I wore it. I've finally found the perfect equipment and I'm now certain that I can do this!

I had used the pillows for a couple years. It irritated my nose so I stopped. I needed to try using the CPAP again and saw this. Without being too dramatic, this has been life changing for me. You can hardly tell it’s positioned correctly. I don’t wake up throughout the night wrestling the hose. I wake up and see I slept nearly 7 hours after the 2nd night. I highly recommend this. I don’t know why but the machine is silent too.

Great product, just not effective for husband who is a mouth breather.No need to order the additional strap as it already comes with one.

It's definitely comfortable but doesn't work great for me. I find myself randomly waking up with it being somewhat difficult to breathe through. Usually when this happens I can just remove it from my nose slightly and let it snap back and it feels good again. Whatever has been happening there has apparently been enough to get me feeling the brain fog during the day again so I'm going to have to go back to the nasal pillows.This wasn't super concerning to me but I've also had dry mouth with this one.

Extremely comfortable. I’m generally a side sleeper. Will improve my CPAP adherence for sure. So grateful to have decided to upgrade and try this
