I purchased the 12-mile version and charged it once to test its range. Based on my records, the LED indicator displayed a yellow warning at 10.6 miles. Considering that range can vary based on road conditions, I'd say 10.6 miles meets my expectations. Additionally, the overall build quality feels very solid. Overall, I believe this was a good purchase.Why only 4 stars?Here are a few minor areas for improvement:Installation Instructions: The installation instructions in the manual were poorly written, likely due to a poor translation from Chinese. Fortunately, an installation video was available, so this wasn't a major issue.Brake Adjustment: It took me a considerable amount of time to adjust the brakes. I wish they were properly adjusted at the factory.LED Display: The LED display lacks information such as speed and mileage, which are features I've found on other, less expensive scooters. I'm not sure why these features were omitted.

Battery charges all night for 24 hrs and still shows low and doesn’t last at all

It’s cute, very light weight, but there’s two things, it doesn’t work continuously for more than 8 miles full charged and the space for the kids is really small, my son is just 3, and he barely fit.

I love the scooter I take it everywhere the customer service is top notch the key is slotting mine got messed up they were going to send me a new assembly took two weeks I never got it they ended up sending me a whole new scooter these people mean business highly recommend their product thank you guys

The scooter is very nice looking, not much assembly at all. Just handle bars and basket. I can tell it was opened at customs because the box taping was minimum. As soon as the package was opened I could see the seat was cut. I'm guessing it was at customs because I opened box with a "klever exchange" safe box opener. All in all nice product. I'm just bummed about the seat. It was the first thing my niece noticed.
