AT&T Prepaid Alcatel idealXCITE 6030B 5" Android 7.0 Smartphone Cell Phone, 8GB, Black

Glad I could just switch sim card easily. I couldn't use a few apps from my old phone but they weren't that major that I couldn't do without.

I bought this phone, and the data does not work, it makes and receives calls and texts but cant use the 4g network, plus im looking at the phone and comparing, i did not receive an alcatel idealxcite, i received an alcatel pop 4 plus, there is no att logo on the back of the phone, it says alcatel underneath the camera on back, and pop at the bottom of the phone on the back, so i believe it is a alcatel pop 4 plus not and idealxcite 5044r, the battery says model 5056e, i have no idea wtf is going on, says this phone i received is $200, i think someone made a mistake and sent me the wrong phone, cuz the xcite is only $40, shiiiii you tell me

This product is nothing like it was described. I most definitely wished I had returned it. I have not been receiving some of my text messages people are sending and when I type a message and hit send it deletes. I have to types messages sometimes several types. The description of the camera is way off. The camera on this phone takes horrible pictures especially when you zoom in it is very grainy and unclear. I hate I paid for this phone.

Compre dos equipos y La verdad pensé que me funcionaría pero no fue así, llegaron bloqueados los celulares y no puedo usar me gustaría hacer una devolución para recuperar mi dinero... En ninguna parte decía q era sólo para uso en EEUU....

The phone works as advertised, but don't look for speed.

Don't buy this crap at all. A plastic toy Elmo phone would be better. We need to start a class action lawsuit against the Alcatel company. 👊🖕

At first glance, it doesn't seem like a bad phone, but looks can be deceiving.After only 3 days of owning, the screen mysteriously cracked, so I reluctantly purchased another one and figured I would have two batteries; which I found out early on that you're going to need. Even with battery saver mode on (which is annoying), and the brightness set to almost the lowest setting, the thing drops like a rock and goes from 100% to 0 in about two hours. It's pathetic.The newer phone no longer recharges, because the jack was so flimsy and is damaged (bought it new from a known retailer) so I had to use the original phone with the cracked screen, to recharge the battery, which is absolutely absurd.For the first month I was getting warning after warning after warning that the battery was constantly overheating when using certain apps, and that the unit was going to shut down. Well, it stopped doing that and both batteies now just drop.In the time I wrote this review, the battery went from 88% to 79%.I've only had the thing for 4 months and I'm sick of it. It's the worst phone I've ever used. Avoid, avoid, avoid! Alcatel phones are garbage!
