Love this..a nice space saving hotplate...used it yesterday for the first time...keeps the cooked food reasonably hot.. variable control from cool to hot...can be used with or without the medal dishes ..easy to store away too...(I kept the inner packaging to go back around it).. very pleased...and good reasonably priced too.

Purchased this for my home when we have people around to put different vegetables and potatoes in so everyone can add themselves what they want for their own dinner. This unit is very hot (unable to touch) and keeps food very hot for hours in the trays. Can also be used as large hotplate by removing trays and putting plates on to keep warm. Thermostat can reduce heat to just warm but top setting is very hot which I like. Great purchase.

The item arrived on time and in good order but although there was a very clear instructions on the front door about were and how to leave a package if no one was in the DPD driver ignored them and left the parcel with the neighbour that they were told not to leave it withI have yet to actually use the item but it looks serviceable and up for the task I brought it for.UPDATE:This item has now been used and found to be very good. It was used whilst feeding 18 people and it kept the food placed in it hot throughout the meal.

Its so worth to have this , i ordered it for my daughter birthday party and its a life saver.And everyone asked that from where i got this.

Good item. But broken handle. Not good with brand new items and some other buyer has reported same with handle or cover.Have send info to seller. Waiting for response.Update: vendor Sent the the new item immediately. Very good customer service.

Very pleased with this product, sufficient room in the trays and worked brilliantly to help with Xmas dinner.

The cable os short therefor it was unsuitable for me to use on a table safely. I asked for a refund bit was told i'd need to pay for this. I bought the smaller version and had the same issue with the cable so returned it free of charge. I have asked the seller of i can do the same return for this but they are refusing. I would have kept this of the cable was longer but as its not fit for purpose sadely im having to return. Wont recommend buying from this company. Rubbish customer service.
