Don't usually write a review but I felt the need to on this product. Went to the Drs about my clogged ear, said it had "alot of wax". The Dr said they could book me in for a clean in about 2 weeks. I couldn't wait 2 weeks, so looked on YouTube for different options, found a thing called Elephant Ear which cost £10 more and you get less in the kit, saw this product and decided to purchase. You don't need to use Hydrogen Peroxide (went to 3 chemists, non had any), you just use warm water (even says so in the instructions). It worked really well! A MASSIVE clump of wax came out, continued until the water ran clear, now I can hear properly again. Mega safe!

Bought this as my daughter gets blocked ears and had to get them treated by nurse, which can take weeks getting appointment.I had softened her earwax using olive oil drops for 3 days prior to using the pump. I took a chance on the reviews I had read.Her right ear was completely blocked, so carefully placed the nosel and with bowl ready to catch, pumped the water into her ear, at first just little bits came out, when she felt movement we carried on and a big lump came out, 10mm x 5mm, great result on first go.

A *faulty* cotton bud end had stayed in my ear without noticing, i started using drops for 4 days and made it worse thinking it was just wax. So I bought this as i couldn't wait the 3 days to see the nurse. 4 squirts and it poped right out leaving my hearing better than the other, so definitely worth it!And remember, cotton buds are not for your ears.

After weeks of persistent blocked ear that wouldn’t clear & unable to get into the doctors for syringing I ordered this as a last resort & am pleased to report it completely cleared my ear, I did use olive oil for a few days prior to use to soften the wax & I also flowed the instructions and used with the hydrogen peroxide. One thing I would say is it did take nearly all of the 2nd refill before the wax cleared so be patient!

been having ear issues awhile. Doctor fobbed me off with oil and drops which didn't work ALMOST bought a pro looking setup around £300 so glad I didn't lol 20beans for this little beauty was all it took. Didnt say on instructions you have to make sure the large round rubber had to be pressed on to ear asoon as it was 2 squirts a pea sized ball came out another 2 pumps a f@#ker the size of a leprechauns fist popped out. Just wow ive got a headache now because it feels like the volumes up and the trebles up full. Didnt use anything but warm water in the bottle. Genuinely shocked how well it worked. Make sure the round rubber gig covers your ear hole and its happy days 5* 20quid like

OOCOME just has to be one of the best Ear syringe products out there!! I for one just love what the Chinese make too!! I’m not shouting this is just how they printed their name!!Made in China but please do not be put off, I live in the UK I’m from Exmouth in Devon and found it’s just as good as the ones the Dr’s and Nurses use please be aware they do cost £19.99 but these are great value for money!! I also recommend what you can opinionally do is buy an Otoscope PC, Android, Apple iOS type camera depending on what device or devices you use.I can’t actually review the camera yet as I’ve ordered it and it’s due next month probably due to 1 in stock. Anyway I’ve used my spray bottle with the elephant bowl to catch the ear wax and now both ears are much better.Highly recommended to use Ottex Olive Oil or Olive Oil from the shops. If you’re not sure please ask your Chemist, GP or even a Nurse if you’re worried or are unsure about it. I for one have excellent results with no worries whatsoever!!!!Please do what I do just take off the screw cap top bit and put on the other screw cap bit with the tube where you’ll see a disposable tip on the end with a circular bit, to slowly spray and push the tip into the blocked ear. Keep pumping up to probably 12 or a few more sprays depending on how it feels. Then slowly pull it out and you’ll see and excess wax left there if there is any.Thank you OOCOME and thank you so much Amazon you’ve helped me cure it it’s a miracle!!

My wife suffers from excessive ear wax. I’ll level with you; I probably would t ha e married her had I know in advance about this issue. However, ‘through sickness and I’ll-health etc’ and so the purchase of this contraption has been a positive revelation! Only downside is that she can now hear me again.

I brought this as I have ear infection quite often I haven’t used it in myself but my daughter was deaf so she put oil in for a few days and with the COVID no chance of seeing dr so I syringed her ears wow was amazing her hearing came back highly recommended to have in cuboard saves time going to drs brilliant
